Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will arrange to revisit your property to amend any issues at a 30% discounted price.

•⁠  ⁠Refunds are not generally offered after services are rendered, but if there is a failure to resolve your concerns after a re-cleaning, we may issue a
partial refund based on the specific circumstances.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time. If rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the original appointment, it may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. In the event of a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and offer the time slot to another client.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a service fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
